ScreamWorks has developed its own proprietary software to capture photos and videos of our guests at key moments of their experience. This digital content is made available free-of-charge to attendees after their experience via their ‘Attendee Dashboard’, a secure members-only area of this website. ScreamWorks is the only operator in this sector to offer this free service to its customers.
By attending a ScreamWorks event you consent to us capturing digital content from your experience and making it available to you and to other members of your group. In return for giving you access to these photos and videos, we may utilize your event media within our advertising and promotional materials. You can revoke this consent at any time before your booking, either by sending an email to info@screamworks.co.uk or by informing our staff at the venue that you do not consent to our processing your event media in the way described above. This will mean, however, that no members of your group we be able to access this event media.
In the event that your group contains one or more players under the age of 16, we will require written consent from a parent of that/those player(s) before being able to grant access to your group media directory.
Please note that due to the nature of our experiences, and the high degree of agency that we give our attendees during our events, there is no guarantee that it will be possible to automatically capture photos and videos of your group. However, if event media is caputed and all the necessary consents have been secured, then you can access these photos and videos from within your Attendee Dashboard within 72 hours of the completion of your experience.
