✅ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
1. Log Into Your Account
Go to www.screamworks.london
Click on “My Account” and log in using your email and password.
2. Go to Your Orders
In your account dashboard, select “Orders”
Click “Tickets” on your most recent order to see all tickets associated with your booking.
3. Share Tickets with Your Group
Each ticket has a “Share” button.
Click it to copy a unique link and send it to the guest who will be using that ticket.
Each guest must have their own personal check-in link ready on their device.
Please share tickets with your group before arriving at the venue. It’s quick, and ensures everyone is ready.
🚪 WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE VENUE
Check-in can only be completed after physically entering the venue.
There is a QR code inside the building which proves you are present — check-in won’t work without scanning it.
Each guest must:
- Click their personal check-in link (shared in advance)
- Scan the official QR code, displayed inside the venue
- Enter their personal details
- Accept the Terms & Waiver
- Complete age verification if required (see below)

Some ticket types require age verification. If your ticket requires it, the process will be handled securely online via Veriff.
- You may be asked to upload a valid photo ID
- You may need to upload a selfie to verify that the photo ID belongs to you
